went back to sch today!!!...took a day off from work.......went to enquire the sch abt the NS thing n the clerk asked me to go call MOE up to ask further......yeap.......so i guess i hav to call MOE tmr den....

spent sometime in sch with A02 dey all...haha.......glad to see dem :).......den lata walk to the bus stop dere with zhiying n as usual we crapped so much.....lol.......wad a afternoon.......

like dat lorh, hav to wait till JAE posting result come out (which is on 3rd march) den see how lor......

weekend is finally here!.....had been working fer the past few days so decided to hav a break............yeap.........life is juz like dat lor, work n work work n no more........hav to wait till like april or may den poly will commence their courses.......so i guess i juz try to earn everything i can.........

so far my two supervisors hav been v nice to me.....take care of me n treat me v well during my work.....quite concerned abt me on fri when i wasnt feeling too well......yeap....i m quite fortunate n happy to hav them as my supervisor.....i will work hard n well to "repay" dem de......hahaz.....

okie did street survey again.......hahaha.......managed to do 14 of dem.....from 12pm to around 5pm..........walk thru the same places though but den interview different pple larh........haha so happy dat mos pple are too willing to help me.........yeap......so well i do listen to their grievences and "complain" lorh......at the same time jot down some suggestions dey might hav....
so it is easier when pple dun refuse u................

i m too unwilling to wake up this morning....dunnoe y.......too tired le............hav been working these few days......though it is not reallie physically demanding but den nid to tok a lot.....n test my translation skills coz the survey questions are actually in english but i hav to translate dem in chinese.....mos of the shop owners cant speak english........i hope i do get the right message across....haha....k, i believe in myself fer the first time of my life......

long time no update.........hahahaz...........these few days too busy with work le......yeap today finally the telephone survey thing finish le.....had a hard time doing it......coz first time doing ma......no experience......my colleagues dey all are pro le so dey could do much more den i do......hahah well quite an experience fer me ba...... :)

tmr ken is going to let me do another project..yeap...is street survey de...i hope it will be more easier :).......now i noe it is reallie not easy to earn money........coz the telephone survey i m paid by each survey dat is done, not per hr.....

from thur till today i hav been working aimlessly.....yeah.....like no life like dat.....saturday i almost couldnt wake up in the morning coz fri slept v v late....coz saturday i worked in the morning shift.......den after dat around 5 plus pm when i knock off from work i went to clementi to find ke wei.....hhaha my buddy.......we chatted, went to clementi arcade to play :P....den after dat we went to the neighbourhood where ke wei live (where last time i used to live) n chatted fer v v long.....yeap....shared many of our own stories abt many many things, like love, relationship, family matters or even friendship......yeap.....n i find dat he has matured A LOT eversince i last talked to him abt such stuff........honestly i find it enjoyable talking to him now.......maybe becoz after he experienced so much stuff in life............otherwise last time i used to tink dat his tinkings are still a bit childish larh.....den no point toking to him.....hahah well pple do grow up dun dey?.....n now i find dat dere is no ending topic between us.......

well life is juz like dat..... :)

okie well today hasnt been reallie..........good?....... hahaz.....kind of adventurous today........

first, i went to angmokio to visit pei sze jie jie dey all....n also to return her son de wallet (which he left it in my house when dey come to my house during chinese new year).....hahaha stuck dere fer a while....n helped her with some computer stuff (she bought a computer n complain dat couldnt acess the internet, even though she got all the connections stuff n ISP stuff all right........)well me didnt reallie do anything, i unplug n plugged the telephone port den, hey presto, it worked!! (her's is 56k).......hahaha...she was like so overjoyed (coz she originally intended to send her computer for service (well dat would hav costed her 30 bucks if she ever did dat.......n worse still, computer no problem....juz hav to screw in dat stupid plug den can liao.........)hahah well taught her to access some internet....n installed some games fer ah bi to play......heh heh.........time dere was quite worth while.......den.......ken CALLED ME!! (ken is my supervisor).....so he asked me dere is this telephone survey job and asked me whether i was interested or not.......so of cuz, got job den i told him i interested lorh.........

well rushed down (not reallie rushed larh, went to nearby 7-eleven to get my mum's prepaid sim card registered, den had early dinner.....)yeap so went down to chinatown from ang mo kio.........

reached the company, whereby i was briefed by the manager of the company, ken n rosalind....yeap...reached dere at abt 6.30 pm...den briefed a few of us who r also working....den asked questions n stuff like dat........den onli started work at arnd 8 pm plus........well............not easy to do though.....wah..........

here i m back in my own room, resting myself......wah a hard earned rest :)

miracle!!!.......wad a miracle!!!......my X70.........HAS WOKEN UP FROM DEAD!!!!!!...........now if u r wondering wad happened......well...this is the story.........

after deemed being unrepairable, well my cousin took it back to me....so i kept it in my cupboard......so one day, dunnoe y the hell my hands are so itchy.....i actually juz pressed the switch on button.......n it worked!!!!!.....omg......wahlau.........got to charge it coz battery not much power......n now...it works like normally b4!.....juz like the good old X70 of mine.....wah lau.......now...i got two phones liao.....wad to do leh?.......i like both phone so much.......wahahaha but i tink i go n buy another prepaid card to put it in my X70 ba.....since well.....hmm.....hahahaz..........i m loss fer words now........juz like if u had two gals liking u n both of dem are too good to choose from......well well...... :D

all the datas, msg, pictures are still intact.......so read dem slowly....hahaa.........bring my memories back......lol.........i see some of the pictures....dey made me laugh hard....yeah......photos dating back from first three months :)..........and the msgs.....reminds me of the days i had......

happy valentine's day!!!....hahahz....yeah but den to me no much meaning larh actually, since i dun hav a gf.......hahah but den today also friendship day!!!.....dat is more meaningful fer me at least.... :D...........

will be temporarily jobless i tink, so i spent my time online, read some books (miracle right??......)and do some housework lorh......i treat it as a break....still quite long way b4 JAE result is released so i guess i juz hav to wait.... :).........

also settled my NIE application thing......i juz had to submit it without my CCA profile....ccoz i dunnoe y but i simply couldnt enter my CCA thing.....i tink i juz bring the testimonial along if dey shortlisted me fer the interview.................i tink last time better leh, print out the form, fill in everything by pen, den snail mail it to MOE.....like dat better............ :X

actually wanted to shop for some sweets and stuff like dat den go down to pj de, but den i woke up v late (arnd 12 in the afternoon) so i decided to go on other days ba, since i wont hav enough time to buy my stuff and go down on time......yeap..........

nvr mind, from today onwards till my supervisor contact me i will try to blog everyday, will try to blog abt some special stuff ba, since i hav so much time at home (unless i go out).....yeah so do come back fer more stuff okay??......

ok pple..........i hav chosen my courses for JAE.........so these are my choices.........

1st: biomedical engineering
2nd: biomedical sci/ biomedical laboratory tech
3rd: pharmacy
4th: chemical and biomolecular engineering
5th: food science
6th: chemical and pharmaceutical technology
7th:electronic and computer engineering
8th bio technology

except for food science and chemical and pharmaceutical technology, the rest of the courses are in ngee ann poly........food science and chemical pharmaceutical tech are in nanyang poly......it wasnt easy for me to make these choices, and i hav to amend it once to be sure of my choices.......i shld be able to get into biomedical engineering coz the cut off point for 2005 is exactly the same as my L1B4........if not i tink biomedical sci/biomedical lab tech shld be within my reach becoz cut off point is around 17 or 18 with bonus......mine is 15 with one point bonus.....yup......or if reallie v sway den electronic and computer engineering shld be able to get in.....coz cut off point for dat course is 26!.......hahahaz..........well i hope i haben made any wrong choices.............coz this time round onli can amend once...yeap...........

and as for the NIE application i haven apply yet, coz i couldnt submit my CCA profile due to the MOE system error........i tink i will try it again on monday......yeap..............

well after settling JAE stuff i felt quite relieved.......now juz hav to pray hard...........

as fer my life i hav beem busy working these few days, becoz it is near to the end of chinese new year liao........after dat den dere r no more traffic counting le!!!......which means i hav to go look for another job..........but den my supervisor offered me a job at the company as a surveyour!!......which means i have to conduct survey with the public, approaching pple and stuff like dat........i tink i will take up the job offer lor, since it sounds fun...and moreover the pay is higher..........yeap........ :D.................

i do hope to go back to school soon.......dat is my wish :)..........

ok i m v tired from work but den i still blog larhz....to keep it updated.........

firstly JAE is coming, so the "war" (fighting fer places) is going to begin.........did my research and find dat most of the courses i want are within reach (provided the cut-off point dun flactuate so much).....so i guess no problem den.......

secondly, to apply NIE or not??.......i tink i shld........dat is where i truly wanted to go....but den, as i said, nothing is guaranteed....can get in last year doesnt mean can get in this year.....i found it is going to be difficult in answering some of the questions in the interview if i ever go for it this year.....well i will keep my fingers crossed and pray hard.......

thirdly, for the JAE, i tink i onli ultlise 8 choices out of 12~...i tink i shld put all.....but den dunnoe which to put liao.....coz other den ngee ann poly i dun reallie feel like going other poly.....temasek is definitely out because it is reallie too far from my house and it is not sensible for me to go dere.........well i tink again...nanyang poly's new course: food science. i tink is rather interesting as i read it in the newspaper......hmmm.........

fourthly, should i change a job????........this traffic counting job is okay for me but den after chinese new year period i dunnoe whether the company has other opportunity to offer.......if hav den i stick to this job.....but den i tink i not reallie earning enough....so i plan to give tuition....i hav potential students, onli hav to cfm with dem but so far dey haven cfm with me yet.....so haven cfm means no money yet......hahahaz.......

i will blog it here my choices of courses for JAE when i hav confirmed and submitted it......yeap....... :D

anyway best of luck to pple who are going to receive their results!!!!

since i hav so much time b4 going to work, i might as well do some blogging first........

firstly, abt going to poly....so far i hav decided to juz go to ngee ann poly.....due to the fact dat i do like the environment.......many of my frenz r dere......n some of the courses offered is i wanna do de......

secondly, how am i going to choose my courses n the courses i m choosing....i hav decided not to pick business IT after all....coz when i saw one of the module which says "micro-economics", i m totally freaked out....surely am i nt so stupid to jump into my own graveyard by doing econs?.....i nvr do marco-economics b4 so i dun noe but i tink i will juz die if i do micro-economics again (no offence against econs though....)i can understand science more den econs....even though i m no good in science.........

my mama n several other frenz from ngee ann also said: go fer interest, dat is mos important..........

.....sounds nice?...go fer interest?....hahah but fate can be cruel sometimes....u r interested in a course but ur grades doesnt seems to be interested in wad u r interested in....i hav blogged in here b4, my eng failed to meet the mark.....n if u ever wondered y chinese studies nid a C5 in eng grades, i was told dat some modules in chinese studies is done in english.....esp the translation module.....u nid a rather "good" command of language (C5 good meh?) to do it....ironic right?....but sometimes u cant blame pple.......

blame myself?......yes n no......yes, blame myself coz i cant score a better grades fer eng......no, coz i didnt noe dat my eng grades will turn out like dat....my standard has always been Bs......

plus all the chem n engineering courses u nid maths!....wahh saw the website which explains the various modules.....all nid maths.i m lousy in maths......haiz~....dunnoe larh.......

i will tink agaiin.........

sunday........relatives come to my hse..yeah.....every year also same same de......haha life is juz like this every year but den at least CNY is something dat i look forward to every year.....hahaz.....

heh heh finally got back my X70......my msia relatives brought it back fer me after the phone is deemed "un-repairable" when it is sent fer repair.....haha at least got a bit of value, the two neoprints at the back of my phone is "valuable" to me.........i keep it in my cupboard den :)

okie today basically toured ngee ann poly....coz it is their open house today so got to get dere n take a peek wads inside.......

actually got yanlin to go with me but den she told me she was sick, so i tink she had better rest at home......so i msged michael n asked him whether he free to take me arnd the ngee ann poly campus......yeah so waited for him to finish his test b4 i actually reached ngee ann......

reached dere at arnd 3 plus pm.....so met michael....so went to the convention centre first.....to look at the courses....haha saw many n noe many more stuff abt each courses.......n after dat we went to business block....to look at the courses abt business.....

after dat we had a little break at somewhere near the ngee ann library dere.....wahaha.....bought a sandwich which was quite nice....n a drink......ok, a bit lata mike spilled his drink on his laptop (on his laptop cover rather)......n the whole table was like spilled with coke all over it.....so we changed place n mike went to toilet to clean his laptop cover.......after dat my turn to buy drink........so as we were toking n drinking, it became my turn to spill the drink....oh man my whole shorts was drenched with the stupid coke........so had to go toilet to clean myself.....

sat fer a while more b4 we wanted to leave ngee ann.....den yongren called me! (coz a bit earlier i called her but she was having lessons).......haha so in the end we went back to convention centre to meet her up......yeah she was giving out survey forms......so we juz happily filled it up for her (though mike n me had earlier on filled up one)........ya n sat down to chat lorh.....along with her few frenz......lolx....got to noe much more abt the courses each of dem r taking.....yeap n each of dem (dey r from different courses) kept "pysco-ing" me to join their courses.....hahahahaha......

well i saw business IT n i tink is nt bad though......i wanted chinese studies but den my eng grades cannot make it lehz.....consulted one of the lecturer dere n he say i could try n appeal.....though he cant guarantee larh but den he say is up to the academic affair office to decide.........n who noes i might juz get in......

michael is in Electronic & Computer Engineering while yongren is in Biomedical Engineering.......nt bad though......coz both courses comes under electrical n electronic section......i seriously going to consider these two courses as my choice.....another one is chemical n biomolecular science.....or biomedical science......or early childhood education? (dun laugh lehz).......yeah these few courses lorh.....going to tink hard abt it n decide.....

or join back NIE?.....i tink (or rather my heart tells me) dat i shld go back n join NIE......but den hav to choose properly the poly courses....juz in case wad ever happen when i appiled fer NIE (juz in case i didnt get pass the interview).....yup....i hope everything will turn out smooth fer me n can settle down asap.....

haven blog fer long......nt reallie v long larh but den days juz go by like this lor.....yesterday relatives came to my house....lolx.....had quite a lot of fun...........yeap......

this week nt working except fer today.....decided to take a break b4 i cheong fer next week......yup...next day i tink work fer four or five days....so take a rest lorhz..... :D
